Digital resistance weight machines, Good or Bad? - what is digital resistance exercise bike
Weider exercise bike from digital resistance. I was interested in a Bowflex or Crossbow by Weider. Weider also apparently is not, is the bow for a while, if at all. I like the simplicity of the original force on the joints, as I have arthritis. I had a weight stack machine and damaged knee, shoulder, hip and elbow, to the point that I want more. I wonder whether the resistance machines digital offers the same comfort in the joints as the bow-out of carbon fiber systems to do? Please help, it's harder to $ 900 on the digital machine to spend, not followed the Bowflex at the end. Nobody has these excavations. Showroom on soil in my area, however, and as an input.
