Last Name Change Nc How To Change My Last Name On My Car Title?

How to change my last name on my car title? - last name change nc

I got married, then moved to North Carolina, and now must I register my car in North Carolina. But before I go to the DMV did not tell me I should change my name on the title of my car (I have not yet) and Toyota announced a new copy of the title. Toyota says it is not a new book and what they are not physically at the DMV. I'm so confused! I think it should be easier than it was.
