I twisted my ankle 2 years ago, yet I still have a lot of scar tissue built up around the bone. How to heal? - treatment for twisted colon

I turned on the inside of the ankle 2 years ago. Back where the piece removed. Now I'm here 2 years later and I feel good and healed completely. However, there still seems an enormous growth of scar tissue (or so) that the small round protruding bones surrounded.
I know all about the height, ice, compression, etc.. But it seems that the immediate treatment. This is the latest 24 months. How can I remove them?
